As part of its asset management portfolio, J Estates oversees am approx. 10 MW solar power plant in Hisar under the PM-KUSUM Yojana, with an annual guaranteed generation of approx. 16 million electricity units. This initiative not only contributes to India's renewable energy goals but also reflects the company's early and ongoing commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) principles.

Looking ahead, J Estates aims to maximize green energy integration across its upcoming real estate developments through open access models, bilateral agreements, and inter-state energy transfer mechanisms-ensuring sustainable operations and a lower carbon footprint.
